Energy services agreement

Under an Energy Services Agreement (ESA), Decentral Energy designs, installs, owns and maintains the energy system that is installed on your property, and you pay a fixed monthly fee to use the energy produced and/or stored by the system.

Our ESA systems are modular, and are made up of solar, battery storage and generator options that can be mixed and matched to suit your needs. When you select a battery or generator option, our ESAs provide protection against load shedding.

We offer a range of rental terms (5, 10, or 20 years), with longer-term options providing greater energy cost savings.

Will I be protected against load shedding?

If you’re looking for a solar energy system that’s load shedding-proof, choose the battery storage or generator integration option when you apply.

What do I need to apply?

If you are applying on behalf of an organisation, you must have sufficient authority to enter into an agreement (e.g., be the director of a company, or the head of a body corporate).

If you are a tenant, you will need to obtain the consent of the property owner.
